Perfect Homes Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai has now well and truley recovered from the floods we were pleased to see the Chiang Mai community club together and help fill sand bags and help in anyway they could. My hands are personally a bit tougher after filling hundereds of sand bags "believe it or not". The obvious has happened the latest emails are coming in asking for "flood free zones" This is to be expected, though I am sure as many smart owners quickly tidied up and repainted where nessceary. I am sure the flood zones will soon be forgotten as is what happened five years ago.

Anyway we are pleased to see Chiang Mai back to normal but our hearts go out to all those in Bangkok and other parts of Thailand now suffering the same fate.

Houses with decent Kitchens in Chiang Mai

I cetainly do not know what is happening this month, but I think half the chefs from around the world have turned up. In the last two weeks the requests fot the large gardens, the swimming pools all seem to have dried up the current fad is kitchens. Everyone currently is asking for a house with an oven. Unfortuntely this is very common in the high end houses, but the lower end budget houses certainly do not seem to have western style kitchens. The fact is that Thais just do not bake food it is nearly all stir fried.

So this is definitely a call to all home owners in Chiang Mai with ovens in their properties for rent to contact us NOW before this fad passes and we move on to the new fad what ever that will be..
