Though there are still many errors to work out and many map locations to set Perfect Homes is very proud of their new site. This will help Perfect Homes remain a market leader in Chiang Mai real-estate.
The move will also help Perfect Homes increase it sales record as the old site for obvious reasons was gain a strong market position in the rental market but was lacking the exposure and notability as a sales company.

Perfect Homes New Website

We are very excited to be launching our new website in the very near future. It will be a huge improvement on the exciting site. The current site was built neary four years ago and was designed to handle a hand full of properties. It was never meant to handle the 2,000 properties now represented by Perfect Homes.

The new site will be mobile and tablet friendly which is a must in this day and age as so many people access Google with their hand held devices.

It will also be much more user friend and offer maps much more specific search ability.

We hope to be launching by the middle of next week. Though the final touches and tiding up will take a bit longer.

This move has now warranted that we stop updating and listing properties on the current site

So if you are waiting to see your property on  our site I am afraid we need you to be a bit patient will we finish the final parts of the new site.

Housekeeping and gardener  as well as biological pest control can be provided. Fees for water, electricity, internet and TV are those of the providers. No add to the bills.

No monthly maintenance fees for the private road, but a fair share of major maintenance costs for the road is expected. No add to any bill as well.   

The price for the duplex house including 300 tarang wa land is 9.100.000 Bath.
